    *All tables are reserved 1 hr 30 min per party.*

    Open 8AM - 6PM Monday - Thursday

    Open 8AM - 8PM Friday - Sunday

    MENU SCHEDULE

    8AM-9:30AM Daily Grab & Go Tea, Coffee & Breakfast Bites

    Monday - Friday. Full service Afternoon Tea & Cafe menu available 9:30AM-Close. Tiered Tapas beginning 4PM. Reservations are highly encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

    Saturday & Sunday Par-Tea ready! Exclusively hosting our Afternoon Tea Service 9:30AM-Close. Reservations required.

    Parking Options

    *Metered parking along Platte and 15th.  

    *Platte Fifteen Building LAZ Parking Garage. Entrance on Platte. Variable rates. 

    *LAZ Parking lot on 15th St. Next to Sushi Sasa. Monday-Friday 7am-5pm free for 90 minutes. Nights and Weekends $5. Text your location CO1140 to 53242 or download LAZ Parking to pay. 

    *REI parking lot. First two hours are free.
